You played a game at a bar, got a good score, and this site asked for your info to give you a reward. Here's exactly what happens with that info, in plain English.

What we collect

• Name — so the bartender knows who's claiming the reward.
• Nickname (optional) — shown on the public leaderboard instead of your name, if you choose one.
• Email and/or phone — to issue your coupon and, only if you check the box, to receive offers from the bar.
• Your score and when you played.

Who your information belongs to

Your information belongs to the bar where you played. Lavatory Games LLC builds and operates the game technology on the bar's behalf: we store and process this data to run the service, but it is the bar's customer list, not ours.

How it's used

• Issuing and redeeming your reward coupon.
• Showing your name (or nickname) and score on that bar's leaderboard.
• Marketing messages from that bar only, and only if you checked the opt-in box.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. "games played per week") that identify no individual, used to operate and improve the service.

What we never do

• Sell your information.
• Share it with other bars or third-party advertisers.
• Send you marketing if you didn't opt in.

How long we keep it

For as long as the bar uses the service, so your coupons and leaderboard scores keep working. If a bar stops using the service, its data is deleted after the bar has had a chance to export it.

Your choices

• Leave the marketing box unchecked — you'll still get your reward.
• Use a nickname to keep your real name off the leaderboard.
• Ask for your information to be corrected or deleted at any time.

To see, change, or delete your information

Ask the staff at the bar where you played — they can remove your entry on the spot. You can also contact Lavatory Games directly at [contact email being set up] and we'll handle it within a few days.
